Christmas menu

As every 25th December, the Garcia-Egea family got together to celebrate Christmas with a big meal, followed by an afternoon of games, which some of them extended until dinner.

It had always been the most awaited meal of the year: prepared by the best chef in the family, our aunt Lidia, who every year innovates with new creations and beautiful presentations. In addition, every year there was a general presentation of the dishes in a written menu that was placed on the table for each of the diners, and which was designed by me and my sister.

Nonetheless, when the pandemic began, the family had to exchange these meetings for short, cold video calls in which we only congratulated each other on Christmas and toasted each other. And so it has been for three long years until this 2022 that has allowed us to meet again.

To celebrate it, I decided to recover this little family Christmas tradition that made the reunion unique and different: the Christmas menu, with an original and funny copy.
